Making Chat Sessions Private
In the active chat window, click
Settings, and then select
Private. Enter a room name that invited users must provide to join your private session and remove unwanted visitors.
Active chat sessions are made private by specifying a room name that new users provide before joining the session. Existing users can remain in the room or you can remove them. The room name you choose is included in the
email when you invite additional visitors.
To Make an Active Chat Session Private
- In the chat window, click Settings.
- In the Chat Room section, select Private.
- Enter a room name that invited users will need to provide to join the private session.
- In the Remove Users section, select the users to remove from the session.
- Click Ok.
