Email Accounts FAQ's

How do I setup SMTP Relay?

All email accounts come with the capability of sending up to 250 email messages per day through SMTP Relay. You can purchase additional SMTP relays to increase your message limit. Your SMTP relay limit resets each day between midnight and 2:00 A.M., Arizona time. When you purchase SMTP relay accounts, you can apply the relays to any of your email addresses.

To View/Manage Your SMTP Relay Accounts

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Email.
  3. On the Manage Email page, click the SMTP Accounts link just above your Email Account list.
The Manage SMTP page displays a list of your SMTP relay accounts.
NOTE: Accounts that you purchased, but are not assigned to an email address are new accounts. Once you apply the relays to a specific email address, the account name reflects that address.
