Online File Folder FAQ's

Why can’t I download a file I have in my shared folder?

Occasionally, you may find a grayed-out file listed in your shared files folder in Online File Folder that you cannot access. This may be because you have exceeded the share limit for this file. Shared files can be downloaded a maximum of 100 times per upload.

To make the file available for more downloads, remove the file from your shared folder and upload the file again. You will then have a new set of 100 downloads available for that file.

NOTE: You cannot upload the same file more than once at the same time to allow additional downloads.
