Email Accounts FAQ's

How do my users access their Microsoft Email mailboxes?

Using Outlook Web Access, your users can view and manage their mailboxes. The general URL for Outlook Web Access is mail.ex1.secureserver.net. However, we create a domain specific URL for you (for example, owa.coolexample.com), when you set up your account. This URL is listed on the Organizations tab in the Microsoft Email Manager.

If your users prefer client-based email, they can download and use Outlook 2007 or Entourage 2008 (for Mac users) to view and manage their mailboxes. See, Downloading and Setting Up Outlook or Entourage for your Microsoft Email Account.
